Our Daily Bread designsI wanted to try and create a big bouquet of Asters, so decided on this double Z fold card with belly band. The Asters work well as a single layer OR you can get crazy and layer to your heart’s content!!

It was hard cutting into this beautiful Blushing Rose DP! Each piece is just so gorgeous!! But, cut I did… as you can see I partially cut the center panel with the largest Vintage Labels die. The sentiments from Iris were just perfect for all the panels.

I added some extra cardstock tabs to the back of the Asters for the construction.

My second card features the Cherry Blossom set.

Not a lot of explaining on this one, just colored with Copics, some white gel pen and a lot of fussy cutting (yes, call me crazy!).

Now, if you need a refill of your brew, you better get it now because you’re going to be spending some jaw-dropping time with the rest of the breadsticks!!

Thanks for stopping by!!

Dawn this is spectacular!!! I honestly didn't give the Asters die a second glance when viewing the June Release, until I saw your card!!! I don't have enough adjectives to describe how awesome this card is!! You are a master craftsman for sure!!

Dawn, Oh My Goodness!! Seriously, your first card just popping with Asters in all their glory just makes me burst with joy. But then there's the card design - another WOW on that too. So so beautiful!! But of course if that's not enough then you gave us your Cherry Blossom card - which in itself is also AMAZING. The design, the coloring, the details - Girl, you really ROCK.
Hugs and Blessings,
Audrey

Dawn, both those cards are so lovely! I really like the use of the window aperture in the second one, but the first one...goodness, you really have used that format to capture the feel of flowers cascading down a wall. What a wonderful garden feel it has!
