It’s Not Over Till the Fat Lady Sings…

Poinsettia Wreath-ODBD

I know I’ve said I’m done… UNTIL I remember someone else that I missed on my list! So… here we go again!

This is today’s sketch on Splitcoast

And it’s been a while since I’ve shown you my card process, so I took a few pics along the way. Winking smile

Poinsettia Wreath-ODBD

This is ODBD Poinsettia Wreath, embossed, water colored with ink from Adirondack pads, and Martha’s Branch punch.

Poinsettia Wreath-ODBD

Using Versafine Onyx Black, I stamped the Poinsettia Wreath on Cyrogen White and embossed with clear powder, then roughly hand cut.

I stamped several extra flowers and painted them with my waterbrush and pad ink… pressing the lids against the pad to pick up color and getting my ink from the lid. These were also hand cut and set aside.

Then… I used Flower Soft glue, it’s a good tacky glue! After punching and gluing a bazillion branches…if not more!…I glued the flowers in place and added a few more branches. The flower centers came off some silk flower foliage.

The rest of the card was easy peasy! Spellbinders Fleur de Lis Squares and Classic Squares! The bow was done on my Becca’s Peg Bow Maker.

Thanks for stopping!
I hope I’ve inspired you to try something out of your comfort zone!! And I’m NOT saying I’m done! Wait.. I just said it… well, you know what I mean!!
