Mudd Puddles GIVE-AWAY! Christmas in October!!

Give-away has ended! Thanks to all who left a comment!!!

This post will stay at the top! Please scroll down for other posts.

MuddPuddlesGiveAway

Back in the Summer,
Dave from
Mudd Puddles and I were talking…
he asked if I’d like to do something like give away an entire rack of Mudd Puddles!
Heck Yeah!! How FUN would that be!

Well, the time is here!! This is what you’ll receive, over $175 in value!!! All different colors of Sand, Shells, and my favorite, Sea Glass! Plus you’ll get this handy storage rack and “icing” knife to apply the MP!

Here’s a sample I did just for today. A simple card, showing you don’t have to color like a pro… it’s stamped in Pine Needles Distress ink and water colored with Yarka paints!

MuddPuddlesGiveAway blk

This is Christmas Tree Collage with a sentiment from Christmas Door, both from Our Daily Bread designs.

MuddPuddlesGiveAway 2

I used Christmas Lights Sea Glass… using tweezers to “lay” down the pieces

MuddPuddlesGiveAway side

MuddPuddlesGiveAway 1

Look at the awesome dimension it adds! It’s great for all your craft projects. I use it mostly on cards, but have done scrapbook pages and one of my favorites, a castle scrapbook for 2 of my granddaughters! Click here for some more samples!

So, how do you go about winning this fabulous give-away?

Just leave me a comment telling me what you’d do with Mudd Puddles OR if you’ve used it before tell me how you used it.

**be sure I have a way to contact you**

In about a week or so, I’ll randomly draw from all the comments to pick a WINNER!!! It could be YOU! If that person doesn’t respond, I’ll pick again.

Good luck and thanks for stopping!

Dawn

I saw your card in the HYCCT gallery today and thought the sea glass looked pretty cool. I've used Mudd Puddles for both sand and water in the past -- and may have to look into the sea glass.

This product is totally new to me, but thanks to my stamping buddies who keep me up to what's new out there, I think this looks terrific. I am all for texturing on cards and adding dimension to my cards. Wow, to think I could win a whole array of colors would just be like winning the lottery!!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Thanks, Dawn for sharing this information on this product and most of all by showing us the amazing things this product can do. Liz Williams

Sabrina Jackson said...

All right, let me try this again without the typos,LOL! Dawn, I absolutely LOVE the way the Mudd Puddles look like a glass garland wrapped around the Christmas tree. I have never tried this product and would say that you could probably make your own flower centers with the glass looking one! Would love to give this a try! Thanks for sharing your amazing creativity! Hugs and blessings, Sabrina

Grace said...

Oh Dawn.... the sea glass brought so much life to the tree!!! I would LOVE to try to play with all of it!!! What an amazing gift!!! My first thought was I'll bet some of those bottles have things that would look great as flower centers... you know the fabric and tulle flowers I love to make... or the sand could be not only beaches but to give texture to stamped images or to altered items! I love texturizing and then adding some paint or other media and I'll bet it would look awesome that way too! LOVE the sea glass and you sure have showcased it beautifully here!!! Thanks for the chance to win!

Wow Dawn! Christmas in October is right! How exciting! I had never heard of this company before I saw you use their products on your cards and scrapbooks! I especially loved the stones beneath the young girl with the umbrella image, and the snow on the Christmas trees!

I would love to use these different stones, snow, and different textures on my cards, scrapbook pages, flowers, and I just learned how to make necklaces at CHA Orlando, and these materials would add so much dimension and life to the pendants! This would make a wonderful 46th Birthday present for me, too! LOL

Thanks to you and Dave for this incredible generous give-away!

Dawn, I am SO glad to have found you & this. I have never heard of Mudd Puddles but I am excited & hopeful as all get out!!! God sure has been showing me lately his timing is perfect!! Without going into the very long history I will just say that my 3 beautiful grandkids (5, 4 & 4 = yes twins lol) who have been with me almost every day of their young lives are currently in North Carolina with the father - 1,300 miles away. VERY BAD situation. I prayed, scraped together and trusted God to bring it together. We were able to rent a van & go see them. We went a couple hours away from the base and stayed a week in Myrtle Beach - ocean front!!!! I cannot tell you how bad I want to try all these wonderful products to incorporate the photos of them / us on the beach and these incredible items. I'd love to do 1 of those frames with the individual cubbies. Also I have been VERY CHALLENGED with trying to organize my stuff. I LOVE the rack and LOVE that it COMES WITH it!! lol. You are amazing to give away such a tremendous gift and it would mean the world if I won and could make gifts with it during such a difficult time!!!! Thank you so much. Not sure where or what contact info to leave. I will leave 2 emails for me. Pls let me know if you want the phone # posted here. holtzjunkie@gmail.com or marsha917@msn.com / Kansas City Ks.
