A Little Edgy...Angels Landing

Dec9 block

Hope you're warm and toasty where you are today. We've got rain and winds up to 60 mph...UGH! Then it's supposed to drop temps drastically and snow!! Windchill should be around zero tonight! WoW, I guess Winter has finally arrived!!

Today's Angels Landing DT challenge theme is to Get Edgy using punches or decorative scissors. I chose to be lazy and just punch a border...teehee.

Dec9 Tweeting Punch closeup Season's Tweetings was printed on Georgia Pacific white and colored with Copics.

Dec9 Tweeting Punch closeup2I added snow with my white gel pen then took Stickles over the top. The ornaments have Ranger Glossy Accents over them... Designer Tip: If you're impatient like me and can't wait for this stuff to dry, carefully use your heat tool. It'll bubble up and add texture! (I learned this quite by accident one time, made a lovely looking vase!)

Dec9 Tweeting PunchI used my Cloud Template and airbrushed the sky, adding falling snow with my Elmer's Painty Pen. And the border punched with Martha Stewart's Deep Edger Flowerbed. Merry Christmas is from Christmas Verses by Our Daily Bread designs.

Be sure to stop by Angels Landing and see how the rest of the DT got edgy!

Stay warm and safe...and as always, thanks for stopping!

Dawn

Dawn this is super cute hun!!!!! Love your clouds tooo, did you use the spellbinders to do it??? I think that is where I got the idea was here and wanted to make sure to give proper credit to where I found the idea:) I used one of the spellbinders to do my clouds on my cards but couldnt remember who had done it:)

Anyways let me know hun, and I will go back and add a link to your blog:)
