Add Some Sparkle

That's what the Chicks are doing this challenge...with Brilliance inks.

I also combined this challenge with the Technique Lover's Challenge on Splitcoast, Decorative Circle Medallion.

All my stamping was done with Brilliance Pearlescent Sky Blue on Prism Iced Teal, Cyrogen White, and vellum. The Cyrogen has a shimmer to it and with the Brilliance Sky Blue...ooooweee! does it shine!!
