I stamped the sundae from Ice Cream, colored with Copics, then went over the glass with Glossy Accents. The cherry and whipped cream are Liquid Pearls. I used a silver gel pen for the spoon.
I used the ‘out of box’ or ‘out of bounds’ technique and ODBD Vintage Labels to display the sundae and sponged the edges with Distress Antique Linen.
Vintage Ephemera, the paper collection, gave my card that old fashioned ice cream shoppe feel. I stamped the sentiment in Memento Rich Cocoa.
Other ODBD die used, Matting Circles.
Well, looky here! The old fashioned ice cream shoppe!
The card front features the greeting from Ice Cream Shoppe on ODBD Layered Lacey Squares, sponges with Colorbox Pink Pastel.
The background is scored to make it look like a little clapboard sided shop. I added ODBD Window Shutter and Awning, Welcoming Window, Layered Lacey Squares, and Fence dies.
Step inside and a yummy milkshake is waiting! Colored with Copics, and gel pen on the cheery, it’s hand cut and glued.

Love them both so much!!! Yummy chocolate design on the 1st and super clever ice cream shoppe on the 2nd....too fun!!!! Hugs!!!!
Your ice cream shop is so sweet!! Your sundae card is awesome! The liquid pearls make that cherry look very real!
Your cards are terrific, but the first one is outstanding. The use of the Glossy Accents really makes the chocolate look so real..and ditto for the whip cream and cherry. I love the Ranger products. They're the best!
pretty!! I like the burlap on it!!
OMGOSH! Dawn these are both great! I love the glassy effect and then the whipped cream on your first card! And i just love how you created the Ice Cream Shoppe card! So vintage!
These are terrific, Dawn! Love the colors & papers on the first & the die cuts on the second are perfect. The raspberry color on the last is so fun. Love it!
