Taking a Look Back at July with ODBD

Flowers are still blooming in my yard and at Our Daily Bread Designs as we take a look back at the July release!

For my sample today I used A True Friend, Vintage Borders (I love this die set!!) from this month, and also Vintage Labels, Pierced Rectangles, and Pastel Paper Pack.

This iris is water colored  with wc pencils, then some Flower Soft was added, it is hand cut.

North Coast Creations November Release

 

Welcome to the November release from North Coast Creations!

Today I’ll be sharing cards made with these new images

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Christmas Tree Maxwell is colored with Copics and stickles and cut “Out of Box” technique with ODBD Matting Circles and Doily dies, and layered on ODBD Rustic Beauty Collection.

Cute Cactus Lights… (must be fun decorating!)… colored with Copics and Stickles. I also used ODBD Mini Tags die, Small Bow die, and Christmas Paper Collection 2013.

Buford is back as Santa… in Santa Buford with some added Flower Soft Polar White trim. I also used ODBD Flourished Star Pattern die, Stitched Ovals die, Ovals die, Large Bow die, Patriotic Collection.

Brrrr Kind of Weather…#193 A Sassy 2 Week Challenge

Our Sassy Challenge ….
Winter and/or Cold Weather!

This will be a 2 week challenge so us sassy gals have a little break to get ready for Thanksgiving! Mmmm, pumpkin pie…. sweet potatoes… pumpkin pie….stuffing… pumpkin pie….

This adorable, fun trio, is Hanging Stars Snowmen…aren’t they cute!?! This is one of Cheryl’s new digis, I just love snowmen!!

They’re colored with Copics, a little white gel pen, the stars have gold glitter pen around the edges.

I used a Memory Box die for my snowy scene, cutting it several times, and adding some Glitter Frosting to the edges.

The sentiment is from Warm Wishes, ODBD.

A little tropical mixed with some country, snowy wishes for your holiday cards!

Oooh, I want to be there!! Warmest Wishes, colored with Copics, some white and glitter gel pen on ODBD Elegant Ovals die.

Isn’t this guy adorable! Let It Snow, colored with Copics, Flower Soft Polar White for the snow. Background is ODBD Snowflake Background with Sparkling Snowflakes and Snowflake dies.

And… kind of a simpler, country looking card, Joy. Colored with Copics, sponged with Distress ink.

It’s That Time of Year for… Sweaters….and Black Cats

The girls at Flower Soft/Katy Sue Designs are showing different ways the sprinkles can be used this week.

I colored up this cute digi from Sassy Cheryl’s, Bandit's Mischievous Smile , with Copics then used Ultra Fine Black for the fur. The sentiment is from Whipper Snapper, Happy Haunting. DP is DCWV Amber Autumn, dies are Spellbinders Marvelous Squares.

This is Santa’s Sleigh, colored with Copics, some silver gel pen and some silver Flower Soft.  The background is Snowflake Background from ODBD. I also added Polar White Flower Soft under the sleigh.

Lots of shimmer with Glimmer Mist.

And…another card

For this card I used a sentiment from Old Fashioned Santa, ODBD Custom Window die, and ODBD Custom Fancy Foliage die, coloring the foliage with ink pads and Copics. The sky is sponged with inks.

One More for the Stash!

The Flower Soft girls are featuring our favorites this week! I love these Theater Card Downloads, but you don’t have to make it a ‘theater’ every time! This card was so quick and easy to make just using pieces from the Winter Fox download.

The images match different Spellbinders, but I chose to use circles for this card, outlined with a black Copic, then I added Polar White and Vintage Christmas. This is also the Sketch Challenge on Splitcoast this week.
