I'm A Little Nervous Today...Chick Designer Style Challenge

"You want us to do what?", I thought!! Shocked

Alli came up with this one...here's the challenge....in Alli's own words.
"...picking ONE member of the design team and casing either 1) something from their gallery OR 2) their style. It's as simple as that."

Hmmph, simple she says! EmotesI mean we're talking some seriously talented girls here. But you know what? Several of us had the same feelings...so that made me feel a lot better.

I chose Julia to case. I've drooled over Julia's work for years! She has such a way about her, a very creative and talented woman!...she makes me think outside my comfort zone, although I admit I haven't attempted half as much as I'd like! I had so many projects of hers picked out, but settled on this one. Isn't it gorgeous!!
Why? you're asking, as I've done Kinkades in the past, but never have I colored one with chalks nor have I tried Inchies. I was amazed at how quickly and beautifully The Rose Garden colored up! (plus my daughter still has my sewing machine, so how could I do one of Julia's fabulous stitched cards creations?!......thanks Jennifer...wink)

As you can see, I changed the shape of the card and added distressing to each piece. (distressing hides a multitude of flaws *wink*....designer tip, no charge) Each square is on a dimensional.

You can play along too if you'd like. Pick anyone to case doesn't have to be one of the DT, here's the gallery, we'd love to see your creations too!

Be sure to stop by the rest of the team's blogs and see just who they picked and what they did.
