The Mighty Oak

This is a card I did for a wacky group I'm in on SCS, we're given challenges for a month. The second Monday of the month is our 'Unique Name' on SCS challenge and this month it was.... Papermoon. We had to have a moon somewhere on our card and only use grays!

This is Asela's Bare Oak Tree(s), release is tomorrow at Cornish Heritage Farms! One of 6 tree images. Be sure to check out the awesome gallery tomorrow!!

I stamped them in Adirondack Slate over a masked moon then daubered with slate and mushroom. Filled in under the trees, shaded the moon, and faux layered with copic markers. The image panel is popped up on foam mounting tape.

  • Stamp: Bare Oak Tree
  • Ink: Adirondack Slate, Mushroom
  • Copic markers www.ellenhutson.com
  • unknown cardstock
  • jumbo daubers
