I was really pressed for time this week,
leaving my card to the last minute.
Lots going on right now! Wow!

So, I let my Cameo do most of the work and I just colored and sponged!

I did try Miz Judy’s rocks…she’s so talented! I needed something to break the water’s edge and reeds! Hand cut, colored and sponged. Works for me!

Hats & Caps… #174 A Sassy Challenge!

Our Sassy Challenge this week is Hats & Caps, thanks to Miz Jackie! Play along and you could be a winner of 2 FREE Sassy Cheryl’s digis!

This is Can You Hear Me Now?

It’s colored with Copics and cut out with my Silhouette Cameo. The tree is an embossing folder that I colored in, kinda sketchy, with Copics and sponged the cloud background with my homemade cloud template. The fence and grass are  Memory Box dies.

The song popped in my head as I was fiddling with the image on the Cameo and I’d never tried my hand at welding letters to cut out…so….. I did!

I had the entire phrase together, but ended up cutting it apart to stick the rest inside. Of course I thought of this AFTER I’d printed and cut on the Cameo!

I think I’ll be sending this to my brother and sister-in-law in Montana!

Here Comes SUMMER!! #171…A Sassy Challenge

Our good friends left for a fishing vacation in Saskatchewan Canada on Saturday….I’m soooo jealous! But I was nice enough to make them this card and give it to them before they left!

Sigh…. I hope they can have ‘some’ fun without me!

Once again I had some fun with my Silhouette!

I used Quiet Inspiration and Quiet Moments merged together.

 

 

 

 

 

Sponged the sun, masked it and sponged the clouds.
I printed the sentiment on the computer, and air-brushed the ‘water’.

Looks like a great time to me!

Colored with Copics, sponged cloud template… simply done! I used Christmas Green and Leaf Green Flower Soft for the grass and Ultra Fine Earth for the flower centers.
