Hugs to You and a Cardstock Trick!

Taking a break from the hustle and bustle of “Christmas card making” to share this card and send a hug!

The new ODBD Pennant Flags and Double Stitched Pennant Flags are so versatile and can be used in so many combinations!

On this card I used, Pennant Flag Verses, Deco Border, Small Bow, Doily, Double Stitched Rectangles and Shabby Rose Collection.

I didn’t have cardstock to match the dp, so I used a marker to go around the edges of the pennants. A quick trick!

Did you know Josh, the one who keeps things running smoothly at the ODBD shop….taking orders, packing, shipping, stocking, printing… the list goes on and on… had a birthday last week?!

I made this quick birthday day card for him, again, using the versatile pennants!

Double Stitched Pennant Flags and Pennant Flags from Birthday Brights and stamped with one of the greetings from the free Incentive Gift Set! (the cute set comes with the cupcake die too!)
For some background texture, I embossed the pegboard from Pegboard and Hooks, stickles added to the candle and icing for fun.
