Welcome to the North Coast Creations April release!!
The design team has been busy creating some super cute samples!
Here is what I used from this release.
My first sample uses this adorable monkey and bananas from Thanks a Bunch. The sentiment is also from this set…… and how awesome to have dies to match, Monkey and Bananas!!
I fashioned my “banana tree” using the branch from the new Birdies dies, and ODBD Stitched Ovals. In order for some of the bananas to face in the opposite direction, I die cut them, flipped them over and drew the lines with a fine tip marker.
This little guy LOVES his bananas, even holding one between his toes (with the help of a craft knife and little slit), while sitting on ODBD’s Grass Border.
My next sample uses Little Birdies and Birdies dies. I love having dies that match!
It looks as if these birds are decorating their home for spring and a little friend is bringing them another decoration.
Colored with Copics, sponged clouds and background.
The sentiment is on ODBD Stitched Ovals and sponged while in the die.
You can see all the April release on the NCC blog

These 2 cards are so so cute! That is the perfect monkey and I love the fact that there are matching dies. I can't wait to get my hands on these.
Dawn I love both of these! So cute! Love how you did the tree, and the background on your second card is gorgeous!
Wonderful cards, Dawn! The banana leaves and bunch are perfect! The second card would make a great "new home" card, too!
your cards are adorable
Both of your cards are lovely, but that monkey is darling!! I'm so glad that there are matching dies!!
You always do such amazing work & these two cards are no exceptions. Love them both, but the monkey is my fave!

So cute, Dawn! Love the palm leaves on the monkey card & cloudy sky behind the sweet little birdies.
