I want to wish Rick and Kelley and all the ones behind the scenes at Our Daily Bread Designs a very
Happy Anniversary, and many more years!!
Have you been keeping up all week? We started celebrating on the 14th….8 days of celebration!! Woohoo!!
This anniversary release is a special one, because it’s inspired by our very own sister breadstick, Grace, who by God’s grace is on the downhill side of her chemo treatments. Yay, Grace….almost done!!
These scriptures, sentiments and quotes are ones she received through this journey and helped keep her strong during this trying time.
Also this release are some gorgeous dies!! AWESOME!!!
(right click on a picture to bring it up larger in another window)
For this card, I used Grace’s Hope. Lavish Layers is one of the new, beautiful die sets. I sponged Tattered Rose while still in the dies. I also used Bitty Blossoms and Pretty Posies, sponging with Tattered Rose and Iced Spruce.
My next sample features Faith Card Sentiments and Filigree Frames.
I used the new paper, Ephemera Essentials paper collection. I also used Bitty Blossoms and Flourish Star Pattern. I sponged the die cuts while still in the die with the same ink used to stamp the sentiment, Rich Cocoa.
This stamp set is great because it was designed to have a greeting on the front with a matching sentiment for the inside!

Wonderful cards! Such soft colors and great combinations!
Beautiful cards Dawn!! I love how you've added the flowers to your framing on the first one and that rich cocoa on the second. The filigree frame really shows nicely with the dark color against the light!! Both gorgeous my friend!!
So often there is a lack of cards suitable for guy; that is why your brown plaid card is appreciated.
excellent cards! I just love the brown one!
Alicia
Beautiful cards and sentiments. Thanks for sharing. Gina B
Such beautiful cards! Love then both!
amazing layering! gorgeous cards!
Dawn, your first card is GORGEOUS in the pink & white! SO FEMININE & LOVELY!!!! AND your second card is PERFECTLY DONE TOO!!! I LOOOOVE how you embossed with the one new die.....makes it striking! Antique like! I am enjoying seeing all of the creations here at ODB this release....HOPE is all we have in these times in our world. When one is sick, in our world today, for some there IS ONLY HOPE in Christ! OR if someone is in constant physical pain. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY ODB!!!!!!!!!!!! ;)
Love your cards, Dawn. The second would be so appropriate for a male, and its hard to find ideas for cards for men. Even with the fanciness of the frames, it still works. Your attention to detail and layering makes these cards so lovely. Thank you for sharing.
Beautiful cards! Love them! Praying for sweet Grace.
Beautiful cards! The first is so very soft and gentle, the second could be considered masculine, which are so very hard to make! Great job!
Stunning cards. I really like the 2nd card with the embossing of the new die and the use of the other and the plaid with the brown and cream. Beautiful. I hope these inspire Grace. They sure inspire me.
Stunning! I especially love how you have mixed the plaid with the fancy filigree. Who knew they would work so well together!
Both of your cards are gorgeous, Dawn!! I so love the white with the soft pink and the flowers on the first!! So feminine and elegant!! The second is such a creative layout!! Love it!
hugs,
Chris
Both cards are gorgeous, Dawn, but I absolutely love the soft elegance of the first one. The pink is so pretty with the ivory color, fabulous samples showcasing these beautiful sets and dies, my friend. Hugs!
Oh my goodness Dawn! Your cream and pink card is so dreamy and gorgeous! And another WOW! on that second card! Just beautiful!
gorgeous cards!! love the colors, the layering and the stamps!
Love them both Dawn! LOVE the soft sponging on the pink one! Such a pretty and special card!!! Love the more masculine touch of the second one... really shows how these are great for anyone!!! Beautiful on both counts!!!
hugs,
Grace
Both cards are beautiful Dawn! Love the color combos and layers!
Superb cards…the 1st so soft and pleasing to view and the 2nd so totally different with a bolder yet so interesting look – gave the fussiness of these great dies a simpler look which I love with the browns. Also love the card inside frame and shading around the verse. Both are very inspiring.
Very different but both lovely.
My favorite is the card with the brown plaid. Great, great, great. Nice ribbon treatment and matching flower, but it doesn't detract from the beauty of the die cuts and sentiment. The pink card is equally beautiful, soft, and wonderfully complements the dies and stamps. Lovely.
Beautiful cards. Love the colors and papers!
You are right, Dawn! The new dies are awesome and make for some beautiful designs from everyone. I am enjoying the inspiration!
Happy Anniversary indeed ODB. How good it have such good news of Grace, Dawn, as I have been praying for her.
I really love the verse sued in your first card from Ps 62, especially with its subtle shading to complement it all.
However, I also love the tartan setting around the next card.. or plaid as think you call it over there. This really a great idea, and also the ribbon flower on the verse. Like tha idea I think it will be good on a card I've just made wiht an ODB stamp.
Thanks so much for sharing, Shaz in Oz.x

Both of these cards are stunning examples for this release - you have so many lovely details in each. Thanks for sharing your talent.
Love your cards and choices of verses
I love that you did both something for a lady and something for a man with these color choices so much :)
Both are amazing, Dawn!! The ivory and pink is my fave for this release.....so soft and elegant!! I love the flower and ribbon treatment on the 2nd and how you embossed the die for the background! HUGS!!
Loving these stamps and dies. Your cards are so beautiful. Hugz
Gorgeous cards! I especially like the neutral color palette of the second one. :) ~ Andrea
I love the sponging on the flowers, and the details make each card perfect!
So pretty, Dawn! Love how soft & lovely the first is & how great the second would be for a man. Wonderful cards!
Fabulous cards! Love the sweet Psalm framed in delicate colors and layers. The plaid panel looks great---what a clever idea!
Both of your cards are beautiful, but the pink is my favorite. I love everything about it.
Oh, Dawn, I love both cards, but the first one is gorgeous with the soft pink and beautiful Scripture verse! And your flowers are stunning! I am in love with it! Hugs, sweet friend, and happy anniversary to ODBD!
