I combined Plant a Garden with the beautiful new dies, Leafy Edged Borders and Pretty Posies. I used Beautiful Boho Collection for the top die cut.

The flowers might look a little different from the die, that’s because I distressed them A LOT! After die cutting each flower twice, sponging with Distress inks while still in the dies. I put each 2 matching pieces together, misted with water and scrunched them. I carefully ‘un-scrunched’ them and let them dry.

The leaves were die cut, sponged and lightly curled with my fingers. For each flower, I sort of scrunch-folded in half and formed my floral spray.

My second sample, Grateful, features an old fashioned flower, Columbine! They come in so many beautiful colors!!

Colored with Copics, cut with Vintage Labels and Stitched Ovals.

My background is Boho Background and Flourished Star Pattern, along with the beautiful Leafy Edged Borders.

Both cards are lovely. Thanks for the tip on how to scrunch the new Posies and let dry. That is my favorite card with the new sentiments from Plant a Garden. Love the Leafy Edged border die, too.

Beautiful, beautiful cards! I would never have guessed you used the posies dies on the first one! Love the way they came out! The second card was also very beautiful. Love the columbine flower. They are so dainty. Used to have a plant on the side of our house when I was growing up.
