North Coast Creations…Looking Back at February

It’s time to take a look back at the February stamps from North Coast Creations!

Mother Nature is still playing with us here in my neck of the woods….snow, freezing rain, warm, cold! But it won’t be long until the spring flowers will be scattered around the yard and I can enjoy the real thing! Until then, I can enjoy coloring them!

These are the 2 sets I used for my samples today.

For my gatefold card, I stamped a background from ODBD, Chalkboard Vine Background with ColorBox Chalk Pink Pastel, on the pink cardstock, then I randomly stamped Pansies over it in Ranger Jet Black.

I stamped the Pansies again with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored them with Prismacolor Pencils blended with baby oil. To make the image POP!, I stamped again using Jet Black and my MISTI (stamp positioner), then hand cut it out.

My layers are: ODBD Vintage Flourish Pattern die cut to size to fit the ‘gates’, Ornate Borders and Flower die embossed with dots,  and two more from VFP die.

Sample #2 is a simple one, I love how it turned out!

I colored up Daffodils with Copics.

Since I had the background stamp out, I decided to use it again! This time stamped in ColorBox Chalk Yellow Ochre. I cut a window using ODBD Vintage Labels die and added the ODBD Gilded Gate fence die.
