To see my real looking back project…
We started the New Year with the Ohio State Buckeyes crushing Alabama in the Sugar Bowl, now we have one game left to determine the National Champion! On January 12 they’ll play the Oregon Ducks.
I just had to use Birthday Dump Truck and play a bit!
I stamped the image, coloring with Copics in OSU colors, scarlet and grey, then hand cut the image.
Now for the magic… I took a picture of the truck as usual and opened in my editing program, PSE13. Here, I could add the OU mascot and copy it enough times to fill the back of the truck, erasing and arranging bodies as needed. I also added the OSU logo to the door. With a little drop shadow added to the load of ducks, they look like they’re all one with the truck photo!
I thought “Dump the Ducks” was perfect!
Now, here is my real project for looking back at the NCC December release!
While trying to think of something for this post, my mind was searching for a ‘non’ card way to use the images. Party cups! Why not!
I stamped the truck twice, coloring each as close to each other as I could, then I hand cut each one. I stamped and cut apart the greeting, outlining with a marker then attaching to the clock hands, yes….clock hands from ODBD Matting Circles die. Perfect flag poles!
Of course I had to color the trucks in scarlet and grey!!
I fashioned a little box from cardstock and glued to each truck.
Wouldn’t these be cute little party favors for each person!
