Welcome to the November ODBD release!
Once again you’re in for a real treat with the beautiful images, dies and paper! So sit back and enjoy what we’ve been busy creating!
I used a Fun and Fancy Folds Double Display base, these come already cut and scored! Easy peasy! I cut the Winter Collection paper to fit and sponged the edges with Pumice Stone. Michelle did such an awesome job designing this paper!! It has the ‘look’ of metallic without being actual metallic! Makes taking pictures sooooo much easier and it’s just gorgeous!!
Doesn’t it look like glitter!!!
I stamped His Birth with embossing ink and heat embossed fine detail silver embossing powder, then used Sparkling Stars! The sentiments from His Birth and Snowflake Stars are also embossed and are on Vintage Flourish Pattern.
I love that this release also has some variety, not just holiday themed.
For this card I used another new paper pack, Christmas Collection 2014, Sparkling Stars die, sentiment from Reach for the Stars, Flourished Star Pattern die and Doily die.
I used my sewing maching (no thread) to mimic the Flourished Star Pattern die on the rest of the layers.
I love those tiny stars!

My goodness Dawn, my goodness gracious!! Your first fun and fancy folds card is more than my eyes can take in!! I can look at that one all day and continue to find something new and beautiful! What a masterpiece my friend. Then there's your next card - wow is it ever gorgeous too!! I tried doing something similar with twine over the star (not with the fun mini-star embellies though), but either way it didn't come out for me. It sure looks great on your project. Love them both.

Oh my stars…is that first card ever gorgeous, Dawn! Love the double display with all the dazzling paper and hanging stars! The second is equally beautiful…love the doily peeking out from behind the star, and the darling little stars hanging from the ends of the twine! So creative…Hugs!
