After a week of not making a card, gasp!….it was just like riding a bike, I didn’t forget!
If you saw any posts from Facebook you know I was in Florida all last week while hubby worked several days. A short walk to the beach EVERY morning to see the sunrise….ahhh, I do miss the beach! (not so much the people view, just the sand and sea!) I’ll share some photos in a bit.
Anyhoo, this card was done for several challenged on Splitcoast, the sketch and color, and also the featured technique for the week, Dimensional Banners.
This is Serving Up Birthday, a Sassy Cheryl’s digi. Colored with Copics and fussy cut with the square per the sketch.
The background was made by second generation stamping the small heart from ODBD Heart of Joy in Adirondack Mountain Rose and coloring in some of the hearts with a Copic.
The banner is stamped with NCC Floral Sentiments 3.
Don’t forget our Sassy challenge is now running 2 weeks so you have more time to get your cards in!

Like I mentioned, I so enjoyed the sunrise every morning. Actually just a few minutes after gave me the best pictures. I still don’t have all of them edited, but here are a few that I’ve added some word art.
Ahhhh… it might be 24 feeling like 15 outside right now, but I can look at these and reminisce how warm it felt!!
Thanks for stopping!
