Welcome to the ODBD August New Release! This one is sure to get you out of a ‘jam’! Just ‘relish’ the thought of having cute labels or gift cards to go along with your homemade goodies!
It’s all ‘jam packed’ in this release!!
Here are the sets and dies I used for my samples today….
Yay! The Fancy Foliage Die is now available!!
Some masking of the several sized pickles, colored with Copics, for this card using Blue Ribbon Winner, Pickles, and Garden Minis. The cool dies are the Fancy Foliage (which you’ve gotten peeks of already), Canning Jars (these are the larger one) and Elegant Ovals. The ‘Sweet & Sour’ is hand cut.
The other dies are Spellbinders Fleur de Lis Squares and Marvelous Squares.

Here, I used Peaches, colored with Copics, and Garden Mini for the individual peaches.
The leaves?… yup, Fancy Foliage again! Also used, Quatrefoil Pattern, Elegant Ovals dies and Spellbinders Twisted Metal Tags and Accents.
While I was typing my blog post, this recipe came in my inbox! How perfect!!! Sounds yummy… Peach and Pecan Quinoa Salad! Peaches AND Cucumbers!

The memories that were provoked with your cards brought a tear or two or three to my eyes. Their content was a summer ritual for us growing up on the farm. I love both of your cards and find them well made with attention to detail well executed. Thanks for the memory.

Hi! Your pickle jar card is amazing! It gives such a warm, homey feeling! I like the way you put three jars together with that 3-D look. I think these August Releases will be a big hit! The pickles look amazing, and you built a wonderful card from the bottom up...love the base layer, the beautiful dies, twill tape and the sentiment! I love the canning jars and matching stamps. Super cut jam card. I hand out " in a housing Jam? Labels with my jam. Looking forward to this set being used. I have wanted something like this for a while.
