No Embossing Allowed! #103 Sassy Challenge

Feb21 blk

Our Sassy Challenge this week is again from our Sassy Cathy… No Embossing. Play along and you could win 2 Sassy Cheryl’s images! Remember you don’t have to use her images to win, but if you do, you double your chances!

Today I’m using Callie and Her Ladybug Friends, it also comes with an extra ladybug and flower!! Cheryl has been busy-busy…be sure to check out all the new cuties!!

After some subtle hinting…ok…. nagging! Cheryl accessorized this set…..just think of the possibilities! You can make your own DP, personalize your SC images!!

Hope she makes more accessories HINT HINT!

So, I’m going to show you what I came up with, nothing fancy, just some blocks of ladybugs and flowers repeated!

Feb21

I started by getting Callie just the size I wanted, then pulled in my single ladybug to start making my block

Feb21 pse

You can see I started to remove some of the bg on Callie because I was going to add a flower there, but decided not to, I also removed some of the white around the ladybug and flower so that wouldn’t overlap in my block.
I did 3 ladybugs (click on your image, hold down your Alt key, you’ll get a ‘double' arrow…don’t let go, you can now drag an extra image, keeping it the same size!)
I selected all 3, held down my Alt key, and spaced them as you see them….(each set you need to do the Alt key)
I did the flowers the same way then filled in with a single flower or ladybug where needed. Make sense?
The big ladybug is for the envelope flap.

After printing this sheet, I removed Callie and the single ladybug, selected the entire block and copied it, making an entire full sheet to use later! (don’t forget to save it!)

Feb21 clsup

It’s colored with Copics, sponged with Distress ink.
The DP is My Mind’s Eye….thank YOU, Jeni!! The sentiment is Hero Arts and the Fence Border Die is from ODBD.
