This is Cup of Cocoa… such a cutie and so perfect for so many kinds of sentiments and occasions! She’s colored with Copics. Her cup is embossed with clear ep, I embossed the chair back thingy… what are those called anyway? I remember when I was little there were doilies there… anyhoo… I embossed it by taking my embossing folder on the front and stylus on the backside only in that area!

The sentiment (by Stampabilities I think) is also embossed with clear ep. The bottom edge is Spellbinders Edgeabilities with an embossed piece behind. The DP is DCWV Holiday Collection.

Aw! This is such cozy sweetness. Love Cup of Cocoa & her big comfy arm chair (coloured and laid out to perfection, as usual!) Are you finally done canning? You must be so happy that you have all your delectable veggies & fruits stored away. Martha's got nothing on You, my friend!

Love your creation Dawn and so glad you explained what the "thing" on the back of the chair was in terms I could understand. I love your colors and of course your coloring!!!

Wonderful card, Dawn. Your colouring is as always fabulous. I love the embossing on the antimacassar! ( I have such wonderful childhood memories of those on the back and arms of chairs. They were hand-crocheted and starched with real starch. Thanks for the walk down memory-lane ).

Hey Sassy Sistah! You really rocked the embossing on this litte masterpiece! I love this SC image...and should really add her to my collection! She's so cute with that big ol' chair and her teensy cup of cocoa! Gorgeous coloring and designwork, m'darlin'! Oh...I remember doilies on the back of chairs. I think they were s'posed to keep the furniture clean from men's greasy ol' hair products! LOL!! Hugs. Pat Frank

Dawn this card is wonderful! I love all of the details. And, that chair brings back so many memories. It was my Mom's chair...and because it was so pretty and for "ladies" we weren't allowed to sit in it. No one but "ladies!" One time my husband went to sit in it...and my 2 sisters and I yelled..."Get up! That's Mom's chair!" It was so funny. He jumped not understanding why at all. Funny, isn't it?

I wish we could have sat in these chairs as young girls, and drink hot chocolate from a big mug of hot chocolate! You did such a great job choosing colors for this...and all of the details....all of the unusual...old style embossing! Awesome work, as usual, Dawn!

He IS Able!
