Cornish Heritage Farms is back under new ownership and having a Grand Re-0pening tomorrow with a blog hop!
If you missed my first post about CHF, that’s where I got my start on a design team! Lots of memories!
I love birds, so when I saw this digi I had to have it! I’m calling it simply, Robin. Right now the images have a number but I’m sure will have names once the store is up and running!
It’s colored with Copics, sponged with Distress inks. The layer the Robin is on it just white cardstock that I drug my Distress ink pad over.
The rose is Spellbinders Spiral Blossom 1. I didn’t want the tulle to be so stark white, so I just used a Copic close in color to the DP and ‘dirtied’ it up a bit! I also hit the ribbon and tulle lightly with my heat tool to distress them. Oh, and the leaves are Spellbinders Shadow Flowers. The DP is DCWV Mirabelle.
See you at the Hop tomorrow!
Thanks for stopping!!

Stunning card, Dawn! ~jeni :)
Awesome flower. I never thought about hitting the tulle and ribbon with the heat gun. Sounds like fun. Hugs, Linda
Oh my gosh Dawn - this is so stunning. Absolutely gorgeous! I so love your work.
Hi Dawn~
Your robin is perfect! They are the state bird of Connecticut where I grew up. We had tons of them in our yards. I have seen some once in FL. I love the way you colored it. The feathers look so good! And, your flower and tulle look great! Such a unique combination! IT is great! BTW, I love the whole look of your blog! It is wonderful. Thanks for sharing...

Cute design. Just stopping by for the CHF sneak peek.
Beautiful! I love how you've colored the robin, and the rich vintage colors of the whole card.
Gorgeous robbin & rose! LOVE the dirtied up look. Warms it so nicely.
