Knowing Peace...

Just sharing some garden shots and a quick card today!

Lloyd in his beloved okra! He has a huge patch...
one day he picked 20 pods off ONE plant!

He's dug some HUGE potatoes too!

 My daughter and I canned 21 jars
of Apple Pie in a Jar yesterday!
And still have lots more apples!

Now, here's my card. Two challenges from Splitcoast... Just One sheet of cardstock and Birds of a Feather.

I stamped and embossed Brocade Borders, stamped one of the quotes from Peace, then masked it to stamp Brocade Background. I added some white accents with a gel pen and sponged the Kraft cs with Distress inks.

I trimmed the card down to 4" and slid the end so it just fit in the Spellbinders Big Scalloped Rectangle (lg). The May Arts ribbon and Bow Easy  bow are lightly distressed with a heat tool.
