Shiver Me Timbers...A Sassy Birthday!

Our Sassy Cheryl's challenge today, #17, is to make a birthday card.

This is Pirate's Booty, is this cute or what! I colored it with Copics, made a mask and airbrushed the background with the Copic Airbrush System. A piece of scrap paper torn into "wavy" lines was used for the "ocean". And, actually, the same piece was used for the clouds!

The sentiment is computer generated. Avast ye is from the Dutch term for 'hold fast' and means "Stop and pay attention." Freebooter from the Dutch for 'free' and 'plunder', reference to a pirate.
