Birds and Butterflies

Yesterday's Technique on SCS was doing a recessed window. I'd never done this before! So many awesome creations in the gallery. I just had to do another one today!! I also used today's Color Challenge.
The bird image from SU's Natural Beauty was masked to get several flower stems behind it, colored with Copics and given a coat of clear embossing powder to help ease with cutting.

This is the card from yesterday...Gina K's beautiful butterfly from, Take Flight, done the same as the bird and flowers. Cuttlebug die cut corners and punched leaves and branches finished it off!

all the ingredients *wink*
su's natural beauty, verses rubber stamps, take flight-gina k, inky antics
paper: dcwv old world, prism tawny med/desert coral lt, georgia pacific white, dcwv nursery, prism desert coral dk/papaya puree med, pure luxury-gina k, unknown
ink: adirondack pitch black-ranger, dried marigold-ranger, versamark-tsukineko
other stuff: copic markers, clear ep, white gel pen, spellbinder's small labels/scalloped rectangles, craft knife, zip dry glue, scor-pal, cuttlebug/corner die, ms leaf/branch punch, thick/thin foam dimensionals

Enjoy your Tuesday and Thanks for stopping
