Anyhoo...I needed a birthday card so figured why not incorporate a couple SCS challenges AND the new to me set! This is the Color and Technique challenge. The technique using pencils and twinkling h2o's. I used Prismacolor pencils, blending them with baby oil (yes, it works just like OMS).
