While at CHA in July, one booth that intrigued me...HA! one of many!... was the Flower Soft booth. It's itty bitty pieces of some sort of material(?)...looks like very fine netting chopped into teensy pieces! The brainchild no doubt of someone working in a textile factory, sweeping the floor and the lightbulb went off!! "I could glue this on stuff... and sell it by the jarful!!"
I caved and bought some! All I could think of was trying it on a Thomas Kinkade or similar image. So, here is my first attempt! It's hard to get a photo to show the detail...but imagine super fine moss in different colors and you'll be pretty close!
The sentiment is from a new set available Tuesday, Sept 16, called Get Well Centers...another fabulous sentiment set from Mona Lisa at Cornish Heritage Farms.
I colored the open areas with Copic markers and highlighted here and there around the Flower Soft.
The cardstock is Prism and Georgia Pacific and of course the stamps from Cornish Heritage Farms.
Thanks for stopping!
