Peeps

When I first saw Asela's chicks they reminded me of the Peeps you get at Easter time. *For those not familiar with "Peeps", they are sugar coated marshmallow treats, usually in the shape of chicks and bunnies.

Ooooh, and thanks to another Dawn, check out this Peeps site...ewwww..LOL


It was a snowy day yesterday, the computer was in use.....yeah, I could have vacuumedbut, c'mon....what fun is that! So I made this fun card instead! *snicker*

I made a mask (stamped the 3 chicks on a sticky note and cut closely around them) and stamped my Peeps several times, watercolored with reinkers and waterbrush.
The sky was done by sponging off a piece of thin cardboard that I'd cut with scallop scissors.
The scalloped edge was made using a corner rounder (minus the corner guide).
